Abstract

Guru sebagai agen pembelajaran merupakan ujung tombak yang berada pada barisan terdepan dalam pendidikan formal sehingga tidak mengherankan jika guru dijadikan pihak yang paling bertanggung jawab terkait dengan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kompetensi guru dalam memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah tarhadap hasil belajar siswa pada sekolah lanjutan pertama di wilayah Kecamatan Bonang Kabupaten Demak. Adapun sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebesar 133 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru dan hasil belajar siswa ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan hal ini berimplikasi pada perlunya peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi guru yang dapat dilakukan dengan menyelenggarakan berbagai workshop, seminar dan untuk peningkatan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kompetensi guru, memberikan kesempatan guru untuk studi lanjut kejenjang yang lebih tinggi, melaksanakan studi banding ke sekolah yang dianggap mempunyai kompetensi yang lebih tinggi.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti konkrit tentang pengaruh pola asuh orang tua, lingkungan masyarakat dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap hasil belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian studi hipotesis. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas tinggi Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Bandungan tahun pelajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 1.829. Dengan rentang toleransi kekeliruan 5%, diperoleh ukuran sampel 328. Teknik sampling menggunakan single stage cluster random sampling. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner dan dokumenter. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola pola asuh orang tua memberikan pengaruh langsung secara signifikan sebesar 51% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Lingkungan masyarakat memberikan pengaruh langsung sebesar 14% terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan kedisiplinan belajar memberikan pengaruh langsung secara signifikan sebesar 47,7% terhadap hasil belajar siswa. The purpose of this study is to obtain concrete evidence about the influence of parenting parenting, the community environment and the discipline of learning on learning outcomes. The population of this research is high school student of Bandungan sub-district of year 2016/2017 which amounted to 1,829. With a fault tolerance range of 5%, obtained sample size 328. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that parenting patterns give a direct influence significantly by 51% of student learning outcomes. Community environment gives a direct effect of 14% on student learning outcomes and discipline of learning gives a direct influence significantly as much as 47.7% of student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of organizational commitment and competencies on performance teacher moderated academic supervision. While the issues rise in this study are: (1) tested the influence of organizational commitment, competence and supervision of academic performance against teachers, (2) to test whether moderate academic supervision competence and organizational commitment on performance of teachers. This research using a sample of high school teacher of Kesatrian Education Foundation under 67 Semarang as many as 101 teachers. Sampling by using census technique while model analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are: (1) Competence proven positive and significant effect on performance of teachers, (2) significant Organizational Commitment has no effect on performance of teachers, (3) Academic Supervision proved to be moderate the relationship between Competences with the performance of teachers, (4) Academic Supervision unproven moderate the relationship between organizational commitments to the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain evidence concrete about the effect of parental attachment, teacher support, and learning motivation on science learning outcomes of elementary school students. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population of the study was 189 students of class V SDN Gajahmungkur in the academic year 2019/2020 with a sample of 128. The sampling technique used two stage random sampling. The data collection technique used unstructured interview techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The results showed that parental attachment had a significant direct effect of 23.9% on student learning outcomes. Teacher support has a direct effect of 29.9% on students' science learning outcomes and learning motivation has a significant direct effect of 29.1% on science learning outcomes of elementary school students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the mastery of science concept and critical thinking skill through guided inquiry learning as an online learning innovation during the Covid 2019 outbreak. The experimental design used was a quasi experimental design in a nonequivalent control group design. The sample of this research was 138 students from 2 Primary Schools in Semarang City. The technique used for collection data was a performance test with multiple choice and questionnaire. The data analysis technique was the classical assumption test including normality test and heteroscedaticity test as well as hypothesis test including different average test, path analysis, effectiveness test, direct effect test and indirect effect test. The results showed that (1) online guided inquiry learning was effective to improve critical thinking skills, (2) online guided inquiry learning was effective to improve the mastery of science concept, (3) there was a positive effect of guided inquiry learning toward critical thinking skill, (4) ) there was a positive effect of guided inquiry learning toward the mastery of science concept, (5) there was a direct effect of critical thinking skill toward the mastery of science concept, (6) critical thinking skill mediated the effect of guided inquiry learning toward the mastery of science concept. In conclusion, guided inquiry learning is effective and has a direct and indirect positive effect toward critical thinking skill and the mastery of science concept.

Abstract

There are several factors that can improve learning achievement, namely internal and external factors. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the school environment, parenting styles, peers, learning motivation on learning achievement, the influence of the school environment, parenting styles, peers on learning motivation, the influence of learning motivation in mediating the school environment, parenting styles of parents, peers. on the learning achievement of elementary school grade 5 in Gebog Kudus. This study used an ex post facto research design. The results is: The positive and significant influence of the school environment on learning achievement was 6.81%, the parenting style of parents on learning achievement was 20.25%, peers on learning achievement were 8.58%, learning motivation on learning achievement was 6,25%, the school environment on learning motivation was 23.23%, the parenting style of parents on learning motivation was 18.49%, peers on learning motivation were 17.72%. Learning motivation can mediate positively and significantly the influence of parenting style on student achievement, tcount 2.1069 > from ttable 1.980. Motivasi perfect learning does not mediate environmental influences of school and peers on learning achievement. Based on these results, H8 and H10 were rejected, so for future studies other mediating variables can be examined.
